Bible Journaling
I recently got interested in Bible journaling. Journaling Bibles have wide margins so you can draw, take notes, and write out Bible verses that inspire you. Some of the journaling Bibles already have pictures and verses drawn in them.
For some of you who have done scrap-booking or journaling this would be right up your alley. The point is not to be perfect, but to be creative.
For those of you who enjoy my Daily Bible Reading Lessons and books, feel free to pick your favorite verse from each day’s lesson and journal about it. The art of Bible journaling will help you to remember verses from the Bible lessons.
You can learn more about Bible journaling on the internet. The point of Bible journaling is another way to hide God’s Word in your heart.
I have included a list of supplies that I found on Amazon that may help you in your Bible Journaling adventures. Enjoy the process of spending time in God’s Word and shedding light on the Scriptures. Let me know if you are interested in doing this and if you’d like to share your work.

Sketch Pads
If you’re planning on using water color paints I would recommend Canson Watercolor Paper Pad, 30-Sheet, 9-Inch by 12-Inch, X-Large
If you’re only going to use colored pencils and such as that a regular sketch pad would be fine.
A Bible mat to put behind your pages will help keep things from bleeding through such as: Bella Blvd Illustrated Faith You Rule Journaling Bible Mat, 7″ by 8″
By no means am I recommending that you buy all of these products at once. Gradually add to your selection as you see fit.
