Because of some design issues we had to change the cover, so it is different than the cover for the Kindle version, It still has the same coloring as our Kindle book and the Daily-Bible-Reading logo. It has the same great content, but has been updated to include lines to answer the questions so it can be used as a workbook as well.

I wanted to get it in print for those of you who prefer paperback. It will be good for people to use as personal Bible study and devotional or for group Bible studies and devotionals. Celebrate with me. My first book in print.

What’s Your Passion

What does passion mean to you? Passion to me is a strong desire for something. Passion is a longing in your heart, soul, and body for something or someone.

What are you passionate about? What drives you? What are you zealous for? What would you do if no one paid you anything? What do you love? Common wisdom says if you can find what it is you are truly passionate about as your way of living, you will be able to live a happy life. When you are passionate about something it doesn’t feel like work. You love doing it. You enjoy it so much that you would do it whether you were being paid or not.

Don’t get me wrong, it is nice to get paid for doing your work, but when you are passionate about a cause or something you enjoy doing it is much easier to do the work it requires. It is as if you live to do it. You thrive when you are doing it. Your passion could be a million different things. Some people really enjoy doing art. They love drawing, painting, or doing some type of craft. Others enjoy music. They love to play instruments or sing. Some enjoy acting. They love dressing up and getting into different roles.

I love studying the Bible and sharing it with others. I enjoy writing. I always knew it was easier for me to express my feelings in writing than it was through speech, but, I only discovered in the past few years how I could use that passion to share with others through writing blogs and books.

I hope you discover your passion, because when you do you get so much joy out of it. Don’t get me wrong, it is still work. Sometimes you may get tired or frustrated, but when you love doing something you keep coming back to it. No one has to prompt you to do it. You do it because that is what you love.

How does your passion drive you? If you tap into your passion, it can drive you to succeed. It energizes you. It gives you a reason to live. It gives you a purpose.

Once you discover your passion or what it is you want to write about you can begin to work on building your platform.

Did you know that you can give eBooks as a gift? What a novel idea. If you have read an eBook that you enjoyed and want to share it with your friend or loved one you can gift it to them. The only thing you need is their email address.

Sign into your Amazon account and choose the eBook you want to send then select the “Give as a Gift” button. It will direct you to put in the email address of the person you want to send it to.

Think of how much money you can save not paying shipping on presents to friends and family that live far away. Share an eBook today. Not only will you encourage reading, but you will share the message of the book with your loved one and they will be thankful and enjoy the eBook as well.

A lot of people get eBook readers for Christmas and what better gift to give them than eBooks to read on their new readers. You can also include a personal message wishing them a happy holiday.
