Today's Daily Bible Reading is from Matthew 28:1-20. In this Scripture, Jesus had risen from the grave. It was the dawn of the first day of the week and Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to visit the grave. What did they find when they got there?There was a great earthquake and the angel of the Lord descended from heaven and rolled back the stone from the door of the grave, and sat on it. His appearance was as bright as lightning and his clothes were as white as snow. It scared the soldiers so badly they fainted. How would you have reacted if you were one of the soldiers at the tomb that day?
