Psalm 84 is to the chief Musician, upon Gitteth, which is a musical instrument either used by the people of Gath or used in vintage songs for the wine-dressers and press-traders. This is one of the songs used for the Feast of Booths, which took place in the fall of the year to celebrate the harvest. It is a Psalm for the sons of Korah.
